Let me tell you about this little shop .i work for the school system and we get new boots every year. So in Aug. of last year I went and got them and it was good ! The boots were good and had no problems with them until a week ago and well the toe was coming apart from the soul of the shoe . So I went back in and knew that I would have to pay for some of it . When I went in to the store the guys in there said let’s look at them and we started to talk and found out it’s under new management. So as we talked they were telling me how the warranty works and bout what I would pay and I was good with that . So they checked to see if they had a pair and they did and that was nice to see because some places don’t have that stock or don’t keep it any more so thank you for that ! So as we went to the counter the one gentleman said that he was not going to charge me and wanted to make it right . I could not believe this and was so happy because I am on a budget and at this time it was not in the budget so thank you for that! If you need any kind of work shoes go see them they will get you sized and in the best shoe/boot you want . Thanks guys for all the help .
